The Cheese Dairy Saignelégier was founded in 1995. With the new building our cheese specialists have been able to transfer and preserve the traditional values of Tête de Moine AOP making to that modern production site.
Information and reservations
Individual visits :
Individual visitors may pop in on Fridays from 3-5 pm and in July, August and during the three first October's weeks from Monday to Friday (3-5 pm). Groups are welcome from Monday to Saturday upon prior phone.
Group visits :
10 people or more upon reservation.
Individual rate :
Free visit; cheese tasting (with drinks) CHF 8.–/adult, school children CHF 5.–, children under 6 free.
Group rate : available upon request
